Ive been using this app for several years on both my iPad and my iPhone. Recently my iPhone app started crashing. I contacted support on multiple occasions to find a resolution. After a couple failed attempts to resolve the issue, support just disappeared. Doesnt respond to my emails. I was never rude or disrespectful. He just gave up. While I am still able to use it on my iPad it no longer functions on my iPhone. Given that I use this app quite frequently on both devices, having such a limitation causes an inconvenience in its application. I do love the app...but functionally is vital to its usefulness.
